(our "Company," "we," "us," and "our") was organized pursuant to the laws of the State of Utah on April 28, 1981, under the name "Black Gold Resources, Inc.", with an authorized capital of $75,000 divided into 75,000,000 shares of common stock of a par value of $0.001 per share. Our Company was formed for the primary purpose of engaging in the business of manufacturing, selling and distributing wood burning stoves, and any business related thereto.
