Our company, through our subsidiaries' operations in Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma, processes, markets and distributes branded and unbranded food products for customers in a ten state region. Our subsidiaries are: Carlton Foods Corp. ("Carlton"), Potter Sausage Co. ("Potter"), Prefco Corp. ("Prefco"), and Richard's Cajun Foods Corp. ("Richard's").

Through Carlton, we process a variety of smoked sausage products. Approximately 50% of the total volume processed is sold through Prefco under the Blue Ribbon(R) brand name.
