Paper Mills, Inc. (“Badger” or the “Company”) has been producing paper
and paper products in Wisconsin since it was incorporated under the laws of the State of
Wisconsin in 1929.
The
Company has two operating facilities. In Peshtigo, Wisconsin and adjacent to the
Company’s principal executive offices, the Company manufactures paper on two paper
machines (a “Yankee” paper machine and a “Fourdrinier” paper machine).
