We are the successor to ICM Property Investors, Incorporated (ICM), a real estate investment trust (REIT) incorporated in Delaware in 1984. In July 1993, ICM was reorganized in the state of Maryland under the name of Bedford Property Investors, Inc. Equipped with a new board of directors and a new management team, we became a self-administered and self-managed equity REIT, engaged in the business of owning, managing, acquiring and developing industrial and suburban office properties proximate to metropolitan areas in the western United States.
