Overview

We are a product-focused biopharmaceutical company with two approved cancer therapeutics. In December 2004, the Food and Drug Administration, or FDA, approved our lead cancer product, clofarabine, for the treatment of pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia, or ALL, in patients who are relapsed or refractory to at least two prior regimens of treatment. We believe clofarabine is the first new medicine initially approved in the United States, or U.S., for children with leukemia in more than a decade.
