The Company was incorporated under the laws of the state of Nevada on March 20, 1996 under the name "Shell, Inc." The Company's name was changed to "Safe Idea, Inc." on October 27, 2000 and to "Bloodhound Search Technologies, Inc." on December 20, 2005 to better reflect changes in the business operations in which it intends to engage.
