THE COMPANY. CKF Bancorp, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), is the holding company for Central Kentucky Federal Savings Bank ("Central Kentucky Federal" or the "Bank"). The Company is classified as a unitary savings and loan holding company subject to regulation by the Office of Thrift Supervision ("OTS") of the Department of the Treasury. Prior to its formation and acquisition of the Bank in 1994, the Company had no assets and no liabilities and engaged in no business activities.
