(referred herein as the “Company” or in the first person notations “we,” “our,” and “us”) is a leading casual dining restaurant chain with a particular focus on the premium pizza segment. As of March 14, 2007, we own, license or franchise 209 restaurants in 28 states, the District of Columbia and six foreign countries, of which 179 are company-owned and 30 operate under franchise or license arrangements.
