The Maryland bank is a commercial bank incorporated under the laws of the State of Maryland on December 17, 1907. This bank operates nine banking offices in Worcester County with the Bank's main office located in Berlin, Maryland. It is engaged in a general commercial and retail banking business serving individuals, businesses, and governmental units in Worcester County, Maryland and neighboring counties. The second bank was incorporated in Delaware in 1997 but opened late in the second quarter of 1998. This one-branch Delaware bank offers the same services as the Maryland bank.
