     Camco Financial Corporation (“Camco”) is a financial holding company that was organized under Delaware law in 1970. Camco is engaged in the financial services business in Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia, through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Advantage Bank and Camco Title Agency, Inc. In June 2001, Camco completed a reorganization in which it combined its banking activities under one Ohio savings bank charter known as Advantage Bank (“Advantage” or the “Bank”).
