Cannondale Corporation (together with its subsidiaries, collectively referred to in this report as we, us or our) is a leading manufacturer of high-performance bicycles, and an emerging player in the off-road motorsports industry. Our bicycle line has grown from 21 models in our 1992 model year to 89 models in our 2003 model year, all of which are hand assembled and constructed with hand-welded aluminum frames.
