We are a medical technology company primarily focused on the development and commercialization of novel biologic therapeutics and medical devices for cardiovascular and ischemic disease. Since we were initially funded in October 2005, we have made three strategic acquisitions and assembled a portfolio of innovative late-stage cardiovascular and regenerative medicine product candidates, together with medical devices having U.S. Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) clearances that are marketed and sold through our direct sales force.
