The Construction Materials segment includes the
construction materials business, which manufactures and sells rubber (EPDM),
FleeceBACK® and thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) roofing systems for
non-residential low-slope roofs. In addition, the construction materials
business markets and sells poly vinyl chloride (PVC) membrane and accessories
purchased from third party suppliers. The Company also manufactures and
distributes energy-efficient rigid foam insulation panels for substantially all
