Incorporated in February 1988 pursuant to the laws of the State of California, CET Services, Inc. (the "Company" or "CET") for more than a decade was engaged in environmental consulting, engineering, remediation, and related construction activities. By 1998, revenues exceeded $66 million, close to 50% of which was derived from work performed for the Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA").
