The Company was incorporated in Nevada on November 6, 1981 under the name Logos Scientific Inc. On May 5, 1992, the Company changed its name to Logos International, Inc. On October 23, 1995, the Company changed its name to OMAP Holdings Incorporated. On March 31, 1997, we changed our name to China Food and Beverage Company.
