We were incorporated on March 10, 2005, under the laws of the State of Nevada. We are an exploration stage company engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties. We acquired a 100% undivided interest in three mineral claims known as Moscena 1, Moscena 2 and Maple Leaf Claims (the “Moscena Claims”) comprised of a claim block totalling 379.6 hectares located in the Alberni Mining Division on the west coast of Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada.
