Clean Diesel Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation with a principal place of business at 300 Atlantic Street, Stamford, CT 06901, was formed in 1994 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Fuel-Tech N.V., incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands Antilles (Fuel Tech), to develop technologies that reduce harmful emissions from diesel engines while reducing fuel consumption and improving fuel economy.
