As used herein the terms “ComCam,” “we,” “our”, and “us” refer to ComCam, Inc., and our predecessors unless the context indicates otherwise. We were incorporated as “Innovin Development Corporation” on December 18, 1997, in the State of Delaware. On March 5, 1998 we changed our name to “Anglo-Sierra Resources Corp.” and on March 15, 1999 to “Bullet Environmental Technologies, Inc.” to reflect a focus on divergent business operations.
