Relationship Banking - Relationship banking is conducted at the community level through four full-service branch offices on the Central Coast of California. In addition to the existing Goleta and Ventura branches, new full-service branches were opened in Santa Maria in May 2005 and in downtown Santa Barbara in October 2005. The primary customers are small to mid-sized businesses in these communities and their owners and managers. CWB's goal is to provide the highest quality service and the most diverse products to meet the varying needs of this highly sought customer base.
