We are a Delaware corporation organized in 1969. Unless the context otherwise requires, all references to us include our wholly owned operating subsidiary, Comprehensive Behavioral Care, Inc. (CBC) and subsidiaries.

Primarily through CBC, we provide managed care services in the behavioral health and psychiatric fields, which is our only operating segment. We coordinate and manage the delivery of a continuum of psychiatric and substance abuse services to:

• Commercial members

• Medicare members

• Medicaid members

• Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) members
on behalf of:

• employers

• health plans

• government organizations

• third-party claims administrators

• commercial purchasers

• other group purchasers of behavioral healthcare services.
