In October 2003 we entered into an Acquisition Agreement with CytoDyn of New Mexico, Inc., pursuant to which we effected a two for one reverse split of our common stock, and amended our articles of incorporation to change our name from Rexray Corporation to CytoDyn, Inc. Pursuant to the acquisition agreement, we were assigned the patent license agreement dated July 1, 1994 between CytoDyn of New Mexico and Allen D. Allen covering three United States patents along with foreign counterpart patents which describe a method for treating HIV disease with the use of monoclonal antibodies.
