Resource Bankshares Corporation, (the “Company”), a Virginia corporation, was established in 1998 and is headquartered in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The Company was capitalized on July 1, 1998 as the result of a share exchange with Resource Bank (the “Bank”), a Virginia state chartered bank.
