As used throughout this report, the terms "DCI," the "Company," "we," "us," and "our" refer to DCI USA, Inc. We were incorporated on June 21, 2000, under the laws of the State of Delaware as Gavella Corp. As Gavella Corp., we engaged in two lines of business: owning and operating income producing real estate, and making investments in and providing consulting services to other businesses.
