Headquartered in Reykjavik, Iceland, deCODE is a biopharmaceutical company applying its discoveries in human genetics to develop drugs and diagnostics for common diseases. Our population approach and resources enable us to isolate genes and drug targets directly involved in the development of many of the diseases which pose the biggest challenges to public health. We are turning these discoveries into a growing pipeline of therapeutics and diagnostic tests taking aim at the causes of disease, not just the signs and symptoms.
