Deltron, Inc. was incorporated in the State of Nevada on September 14, 2005. We were formed as a land development company that intends to construct rental housing units in Costa Rica. In March of 2006, Deltron, Inc purchased a property in San Isidro de Heredia, Costa Rica, which we intend to develop. We raised $74,900 from our most recent offering, and with this money we intend to finance the construction of two rental units on this property.
