We were incorporated in the State of Delaware on April 24, 2000. We are an exploration stage company that is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties. Our initial focus is in the area of the Torngat fields located in the province of Quebec, Canada. Other than contracting with third parties to conduct exploration and gather data on our behalf, we have conducted no operations to date and do not expect to receive any revenues for at least the next two years.
