We design, manufacture, sell and distribute small to medium-sized Light Emitting Diode ("LED") and Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp ("CCFL") backlights for Liquid Crystal Displays ("LCD") in a variety of applications, such as color displays for cell phones, car televisions and navigation systems, digital cameras, camcorders, PDAs and DVDs, CD and MP3/MP4 players and appliance displays. Our manufacturing subsidiary is headquartered in Shenzhen, China. We have also developed large size of LED/CCFL backlight products for LCD Display and we have started to enter the backlight markets for computer displays and televisions.
In 2006, we generated revenues of $31.9 million, net income of $1.7 million and cash flow from operations of $3.5 million. We have been profitable and cash flow positive each year since 1999.
