The Company was originally incorporated in the State of Nevada, U.S.A. on December 13, 2000 as Folix Technologies Inc. On June 1, 2004, the Company filed a Certificate of Amendment to change its name to Dragon Gold Resources, Inc. change which became effective on June 14, 2004. Since July 2004, the Company's management has been based in London, England. Formerly, management was based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The Company is an exploration stage company engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties in the People's Republic of China ("China") and Mongolia.
