East Texas Financial Services, Inc. (the "Company") is a Delaware corporation organized in 1994 to be the savings and loan holding company of First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Tyler ("First Federal" or the "Association"). First Federal was founded in 1923 as a Texas chartered institution and converted in 1939 to a federally chartered mutual savings and loan association.
