The company was incorporated in 2000. The company operates through a wholly owned subsidiary Edgewater Food International Inc. The later also is a parent company of Island Scallops Ltd. which business operations consist of farming, operating and marketing high value aquacultures.

In May, 2007 the company had a promising report issued by RedChip Visibility. Although we were unable to obtain the report for closer analysis the estimations disclosed in a press release are doubtful seeing how the company is currently performing.
