We commenced sales distribution operations in late 1996 first as a division of Internet Infinity, Inc. and then on April 1, 1998 as a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of Internet Infinity, Inc. Internet Infinity, Inc. supplied us with management support to launch our sales distribution activities.
