Sunwalker Development, Inc. was incorporated in the State of Utah on March 28, 1985, and was subsequently changed to a Nevada Corporation on September 14, 1999. The Company was incorporated for the purpose of providing a business framework within which capital could be raised and business opportunities, with profit potential, could be sought. From the period of inception until December 31, 1989, the Company operated as a development stage corporation. Effective February 1, 1990, the Company began permanent operations in the mining industry with emphasis on decorative rock used in landscaping.
