Eurasia Gold Fields, Inc. (the "Company" or "Eurasia") was incorporated under the laws of the State of Florida on May 22, 1995 as Snack-N-Pop Vending, Inc. On March 2, 1998 the Company changed its name to Eurasia Gold Fields, Inc. and is an exploration stage enterprise. The Company was inactive between May 22, 1995 and March 2, 1998.
