Entrada Networks, Inc., with 30 employees and consultants through its three wholly owned subsidiaries, is in the business of developing, marketing and selling products for the network connectivity industry. The business was formed in California in 1989 and reincorporated in Delaware in 1995 when it went public. At no time has the Company had any bankruptcy, receivership or similar proceedings.
