The Company. FFW Corporation (the "Company"), a Delaware corporation, was formed in December 1992 to act as the holding company for First Federal Savings Bank of Wabash ("First Federal" or the "Bank") upon completion of the Bank's conversion from mutual to stock form (the "Conversion"). The Conversion was completed on April 1, 1993. The Company's business consists primarily of the business of First Federal.
