We were incorporated in Nevada as Countryside Review Inc. on December 7, 2001. Our original business plan was to develop an on-line equestrian lifestyle magazine for the amateur rider and horse owner by filling the gap between horse care and lifestyle considerations. We planned to sell advertising space on the magazine's web-site. We did not generate any revenues from this business. We changed our name from Countryside Review Inc. to Falcon Natural Gas Corp. effective April 12, 2004, in contemplation of the acquisition of Falcon Natural Gas Corporation, a Nevada corporation ("Falcon"), which did not occur until May 6, 2004, as discussed below.
