Fantatech, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", which term shall include, when the context so requires, its subsidiaries and affiliates), formerly Lucas Educational Systems, Inc., was incorporated in the State of Delaware. The Company is engaged in the design, manufacturing, sale and operation of hi-tech entertainment and amusement attractions for group audiences, including simulation attractions and equipment, 3D/4D theatres, indoor entertainment centers ("FunPlex") and outdoor theme parks.
