Farmers & Merchants Bancorp, Inc. is a bank holding company under the laws of Ohio and was incorporated in 1985. Our primary subsidiary, The Farmers & Merchants State Bank (Bank) is a community bank operating in Northwest Ohio since 1897. Our only other subsidiary, Farmers & Merchants Life Insurance Company, a reinsurance company for life, accident and health insurance for the Bank's consumer credits, was formed in 1992. We report our financial condition and net income on a consolidated basis and we report only one segment.
