The Company maintains its principal executive offices at 200 Connecticut Avenue, 5th Floor, Norwalk, Connecticut. FCCC is authorized to issue 22,000,000 shares of common stock, without par value. The Company currently has 1,423,382 shares of common stock issued and outstanding.
