FinancialContent, Inc. (hereinafter "FinancialContent" or the "Company" or "we") is a Delaware corporation formed on October 15, 1996.
Prior to 2001, we were an accelerator/incubator that developed and acquired Internet companies. On May 10, 2000, we formed FinancialContent Services in the State of Delaware under the name FinancialContent.com, Inc. (hereinafter "FinancialContent Services"). As an accelerator/incubator, we provided strategic consulting, business services and seed capital to FinancialContent Services and other emerging companies that were developing Internet web sites or web-enabling technologies.
