First Capital Bancorp, Inc. is a bank holding company that was incorporated under Virginia law in 2006. Pursuant to a statutory share exchange that was effective on September 8, 2006, First Capital Bancorp, Inc. became a bank holding company. We conduct our primary operations through our wholly owned subsidiary, First Capital Bank, which is chartered under Virginia law. We have one other wholly owned subsidiary, FCRV Statutory Trust 1, which is a Delaware Business Trust that we formed in connection with the issuance of trust preferred debt in September, 2006.
