Our History

We were incorporated as a Nevada company on October 6, 1982 under the name M, Inc. We changed our corporate name to Parallel Technologies, Inc. in June 1991. We were formed as a "blank check" entity for the purpose of seeking a merger, acquisition or other business combination transaction with a privately-owned entity seeking to become a publicly-owned entity. Since the fiscal year ended December 31, 1995, we had no business operations, assets or liabilities until December 13, 2005, when we acquired DPI and Dalian DPI, and December 28, 2005, when Dalian DPI commenced operating the business of Dalian Fushi.
