We are a Nevada corporation organized in 2001 for the purpose of developing, marketing and supporting computer software and related services that we both develop and license for resale. Our products and services are sold primarily in North America through our wholly owned subsidiary and principal operating entity, GiveMePower Inc., an Alberta corporation based in Calgary, Canada that we acquired and made a part of our organization in 2001.
