History

According to the Company's Annual Report on Form 10-KSB for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2003, the Company was formed on April 26, 1993 under the laws of Nevada. From its date of formation until December 31, 2002, the Company engaged in the development and sale of technology-based training solutions and software programs that were used to teach and train individuals to operate popular business and home use software programs.

During the fiscal year ending December 31, 2002, the Company ceased its business operations. The Company has not had any products, services, or business operations since then.
