Our name is Golden River Resources Corporation and we sometimes refer to ourselves in this Annual Report as "Golden River Resources", the "Company" or as "we," "our," or "us." We changed our name from Bay Resources Ltd to Golden River Resources in March 2006. We are an exploration stage mining company. Our objective is to exploit our interest in the mineral claims in Nunavut, Canada which are in the Slave Craton and in the Committee Bay Greenstone Belt.
