HFB Financial Corporation (the "Company") is the sole stockholder of, and acts as the holding company for, Home Federal Bank Corporation ("Home Federal" or the "Bank"). The Company was organized at the direction of the Bank in September 1992 to acquire all of the capital stock issued by the Bank in its conversion from a mutual to stock form.
