We were incorporated in Utah in 1983. Historically, we have been in the business of selling information technology products in the People's Republic of China.  However, in August of 2006 we decided to move away from that business and instead enter the business of vocational/training and education services in the PRC. On June 13, 2007, we entered into an memorandum of understanding to sell our historic IT distribution and sales business. We are in the process of obtaining necessary third party approvals to consummate this sale.
