History Hyperdynamics Corporation ("Hyperdynamics") is a Delaware corporation founded in 1996. At inception we were a value-added reseller of computer hardware and software. Our business plan was to develop into a complete service provider of integrated information technology services. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2001, we began to offer our Integrated Technology Service Provider (ITSP) product, a bundled service offering for clients who wished to outsource their information technology department in addition to receiving internet service.
