I-level Media Group (ILVL)

Company was incorporated in 2005. The name was changed to "i-level Media Systems Incorporated" in 2007 along with the acquisition of the i-level Media Systems. Company has changed its primal business of mining and exploration to selling out-of-home video advertising. Their new business is carried out through flat-panel digital displays installed in taxis operating in China. At the same time the company will try to remain involved in the exploration of its existing mineral claims if both time and funding permit.

As of April 1, 2007, i-level had their advertising display units (ADU) installed in a total of 2,550 taxis operating in Shanghai.

On September 6, 2007 i-level Media Group Inc. announced a strategic partnership with mInfo Inc., a leading provider of mobile search and advertising services to China. This partnership will enable i-level to offer advertisers an integrated mobile-messaging response feature as part of their advertising campaigns on i-level's digital outdoor media network. By using this combination of technologies viewer can engage in real time interaction with advertisements – participate in surveys or contests, request additional product information, even get electronic discount coupons. Also such technology is very handful for advertisers as they can keep track of how effective their ad is.

Company wasn’t successful on attaining good revenue over the first and second quarters of 2007. Although stockholders equity increased by nearly 12% to $1,454,000, the company’s net loss for the last quarter was $454 thousand and has only increased from the first quarter. Still it is good to see that company has some cash on hand and paid some of its debt.

Much hope is put in their new partnership with mInfo, Inc. There is however a strong competition from such companies as Shanghai Commerce & Entertainment Culture Transmit Co., Ltd and Beijing All Media and Culture Group, Ltd. These companies operate on the same field for a considerably longer time than i-level and have already taken a great part of the market. Only time will show if i-level can deliver a more attractive way of advertising.
