The Company was incorporated under the laws of the State of New York on September 16, 1997. On August 7, 1998, Inner System Industries, Inc., a Texas corporation and the owner and operator of a food service and vending machine business, was merged with and into the Company. Thereafter, we owned and operated a food cafeteria, catering business and vending machine business from offices located in Commack, New York.
